Wow! Worst thing about traveling is food. We are definitely stopping here on our way back & every time we are this way.
The reviews made me wonder. But it's great! People are great. Regular coffee was bitter but the vanilla light roast was amazing! -

First of all, the the two girls behind the counter were absolutely miserable. It was 110% obvious that was the last place they wanted to be on a beautiful day day after noon. Second of all, I ordered a simple "chicken club" which is on their menu. They said, "we only have grilled chicken is that okay?" Okay, no problem. I was looking for a Snapple, and they ONLY had DIET Snapple. How I was charged $13 for a $7.99 sandwich and an iced tea is baffling to me, but okay. Then I finally get out to the car, and there is no bacon on the sandwich. In a simple 5 minute visit, there were at least 6 things that made me never want to go back here. I live in Middlebury, so that's unfortunate.

Travelers and folks coming off the highway: beware! Spend your money elsewhere!
I just recently started working in the area and this place is the closest to my job I've been here about 4 or 5 times and every time has been pretty awful. The man who I assume owns or at least manages this place is extremely rude and unfriendly (the rest of the staff seems fine). I tried ordering an egg and cheese today, not knowing breakfast sandwiches stop at 11am, and he actually wagged his hand in my face like I was a child and goes, "no, no you can't." I thought he was joking at first because surely, nobody would be that rude towards someone asking politely for a sandwich, but no, he was dead serious.
I opted for on of their "Specials" instead, a tomato, mozzarella and pesto sandwich--which was an oily, soggy disaster--and paid nearly $7 for it. Definitely the last time I'm going here; I'd honestly rather go to Dunkin' Donuts. -

Gross. This place is gross. Soggy sandwiches. $7 for a turkey sandwich with nothing on it. Go elsewhere.
To top it off the owner is a complete jerk. Rude. Not friendly and a terrible business owner in my eyes. -

I went to Patty's pantry yesterday. I ordered an Italian Combo sandwich and asked for extra hot sauce and dressing. I also wanted LTO. For my husband I ordered a turkey sandwich with no cheese.
The owner or manager was rude so much so that he actually yelled a remark about adding the hot sauce. He was mad at me for ordering a sandwich! He told a female staff member that he was going to kick her a88. He was loud and rude. When I got my sandwiches, I ended up with NOTHING done correctly. My sandwich had nothing but salami and cheese. No toppings, nothing I ordered. My husband's sandwich had mayo and cheese which I had asked to not add. I paid $16 for crap.
Between a rude sandwich maker and such a bad sandwich I will not be returning to such a poor quality and service location.
